About Us

Persona310 was founded in 2015 by Dr. Dymika Lane, a dedicated clinician who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and holds a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD). Initially launching the practice to provide high-quality medical social work and counseling, Dr. Lane has always adapted the organization to meet the shifting needs of her clients. Following the successful completion of Persona310's last supportive employment group, Dr. Lane seamlessly transitioned the organization back to a focused, community-based service model. Under her leadership, Persona310 remains a vital anchor for individual therapy and dynamic group therapeutic programs across the region.

Persona310 is built to support individuals, families, and organizations on their journey toward wellness."
